"The WorldBlu List seeks to shine a spotlight on the

Founder and CEO, Traci Fenton. “The ego-driven, command and control business
model is officially dead. WorldBlu List companies represent the future of
work.”
Organizations from the for-profit, non-profit,
non-governmental and government sectors that have been in operation for at

award.
Company employees complete a survey evaluating their

WorldBlu developed the survey tool based on a decade of
research into what makes a world-class democratic organization. The “WorldBlu
List of Most Democratic Workplaces” is a list, not a ranking.
This year’s list also contains several organizations that

“Democratic workplaces operate on the principles of freedom
rather than fear and control,” explains Fenton. “Democratic companies
understand that the future of business is less about pomp and more about
participation, less about titles and more about meaning, and less about
fiefdoms and more about being flat in order to be competitive in this new,
democratic age,” explained Fenton

where each employee shares with the company via email what they will work on
